Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-inclusive mail management tool, which will grant you full authority over your email accounts and mail campaigns. With this easy-to-work-with graphical user interface, you can create a new email box in no time and manage its settings with ease. Besides, you can redirect e-mail messages from one email mailbox to another, finetune mail filters, set up auto-response messages and shield your email mailbox accounts against junk mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can secure all your mailboxes against junk email messages. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no unasked-for email messages will find their way into your email box. Your electronic mail messages will be sifted out based on their spam score. You can also decide whether a message blacklisted as spam should be deleted or redirected to a specific email box.
Email Filters
Email filters are ideal for filtrating your incoming mails according to certain rules defined by you. Creating mail filters is extremely easy - all you have to do is fill in a simple form and your mail filter will be created and will take effect instantly. You can swiftly set up a filter for any of your electronic mail accounts and change the mail filtering criteria as per your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can easily redirect your incoming e-mail messages from one email box to another, or even to several other e-mail boxes. Just select the email mailbox you wish to forward email messages from, then specify the target mailbox and select if you would like to leave a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager, you can easily set up the e-mail client of your liking to access your e-mail box accounts. Simply go to the Auto-Config column next to the email box you wish to set up on your PC or mobile device and click on the electronic mail client that you would like to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your mail client and the new email account will be configured in an instant.

With the Email Manager graphical user interface, managing multiple mailboxes at the same time is child's play. The Email Manager interface will also allow you to quickly set up an auto-response message - enter the message you would like people to see and our system will take care of everything else.
